AWARDS & PROJECTS
Over the years, we have won a number of local and national awards. We have a long-term experience working with Bromley Borough Council and in 1998, we won a design award from that council for work in Keston to convert a locally listed Victorian building in commercial use into luxury apartments. During 1998, we had carried out work on a number of projects in Bromley Lane and Bickley Park Road, dealing with new luxury dwellings and extensions.

Conversion of farm buildings into 4 dwellings and including one new detached dwelling near Tunbridge Wells, East Sussex. Rebuilding and conversion of traditional oast kilns.

Conservation Award
Major Renovation of stone work and refurbishment of interior to a grade II* listed 19th century house.
OUR MORE RECENT WORKS
New entrance gates
Installation of new entrance gates to the large country house. Our work included the design and supervision of the construction. Laying of handmade bricks and natural stone. Location: Near Tunbridge Wells.
Dwelling extension
Extend dwelling to include large indoor swimming pool in same style as house which had previously been designed by domicile in 1994. Our work included design and supervision. Location: Tonbridge, Kent.
New dwelling
New dwelling with detached double garage with over 6,000 sq ft floor space. Our work included design, negotiation of all consents and supervision of works. Location: Otford, Sevenoaks, Kent.
Replacement dwelling
Replacement dwelling – New dwelling on 3 floors with basement, staff accommodation, underground swimming pool and tennis court. Ongoing project for construction spring 2009. Our work included design and negotiation of local authority consents. Location: Crowborough, East Sussex.
Domestic dwelling extension
Partial demolition and extension to domestic dwelling to double the size of existing house. Ongoing for completion in March 2009. Our work included the design, negotiation of all local authority consents and supervision of the builder. Location: Sevenoaks, Kent.
Design of apartment blocks
Design of apartment blocks and associated buildings in the style of a Victorian country house and forming total of 22 dwellings in Tonbridge, Kent.
